These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and c555. By registering an account, accessing the c555 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use c555. Creating an account as a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered c555 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus exploitation, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
All c555 bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c555 login credentials. c555 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your username, password, or two-factor authentication details.

c555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or connected to money laundering. c555's decisions in such matters are final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the c555 online gaming platform, accessible at c555.cam ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and c555 ("c555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Platform.

c555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
Age Verification: c555 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If c555 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is under 21 years of age, c555 will immediately suspend the account pending identity verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use will be forfeited.
Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your c555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. c555 will never contact you to request your password.
Unauthorised Access: If you become aware or suspect that your c555 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify c555's customer support team immediately via live chat. c555 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from your deliberate or negligent disclosure of credentials to third parties.
Account Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method details must be updated through your Account Settings and verified before they take effect. c555 may require re-verification of identity following significant account changes.
Account Closure: You may request voluntary closure of your c555 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. c555 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule displayed in the Platform's Banking section. You will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
Accepted Payment Methods: c555 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees applied by c555.
Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method and are displayed within the Platform's Banking section. These limits are subject to change at c555's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected users.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within one to four hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast) may take one to three business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two to six hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. c555 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Verification Requirements: All withdrawals are subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. c555 may require additional documentation for large withdrawals, including source of funds declarations, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC requirements are satisfied.
Note on Payment Ownership: All deposits to and withdrawals from your c555 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party payment sources will be returned and the relevant account may be subject to review.
Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback or reversal in respect of a c555 deposit will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred for investigation. c555 reserves the right to recover the amount of any fraudulent chargeback, together with associated fees and costs, by all lawful means available.

General: All bets and wagers placed on c555 are final once confirmed. The Platform's system confirmation constitutes the definitive record of a transaction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections before confirming any wager.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types across the c555 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and are subject to change at c555's discretion.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect payout, c555 reserves the right to void the affected bet or transaction and restore the account balance to its pre-error state. c555 is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors.
Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Markets: Specific rules for cricket betting, PSL markets, international match betting, UFC, and other sports markets are published within the Sportsbook section of the c555 Platform. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, c555's event-specific rules govern settlement. Bets on postponed events will generally be settled in accordance with the applicable sporting body's official result.
Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer's decision has been announced and confirmed on screen. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with customer support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

Any unauthorised use of c555's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. c555 reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available in respect of any such infringement.
Platform Availability: c555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c555 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
Loss Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c555's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to your c555 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Consequential Losses: c555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if c555 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose money. By using c555, you accept full responsibility for your own gambling decisions and their financial consequences. c555 is not liable for your gambling losses incurred through legitimate play on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c555 is incorporated and holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your country of residence.
